Why Mortgages? Good question. Peter graduated from Cornell College in 2010, if you recall, the US economy was in rough shape. He needed a job and wanted a career! He had a degree in Modern Era American History. It could be said he was a little lost, but knew he could work hard and believe enough in his resilience to try learning something new.
Peter was offered an internship with First Equity Mortgage and was mentored by the CEO and one of Minnesota’s top mortgage professionals: David Lozinski. At the time, he did not fully understand the dramatic impact a mortgage can have on a person or a family. A Mortgage is just a tool, but a tool used with knowledge has the ability to change lives. Mortgages are meaningful, and the meaning is Home.
As a mortgage broker, Peter gets to help the entire spectrum of the real-estate industry, from investors to first time home buyers. He gets to help friends and strangers. And he gets to help people create whatever they call home.
Why Mortgages? To help people create home.
